How do I look after my tulips?

Unwrap the base of your bouquet and rinse the stems under the tap to wash off the stay-fresh flower gel. Trim a quarter inch off the stems at an angle with sharp scissors or knife and place in a clean vase of cold water. Place your tulips somewhere cool; avoid heat, sunlight, drafts and the like. Refresh the water daily and trim the stems.

When will the flowers be delivered?

Order flowers before 3pm for next working day delivery. You can also select a future date if you want to plan ahead for a special day. Saturday and Sunday delivery will incur a small surcharge. Your flowers will be delivered before 6pm, or you can upgrade to a pre-1pm delivery for a small surcharge.

How much does it cost to get flowers delivered?

We offer standard delivery to the vast majority of UK postcodes, Monday to Friday, with a small extra fee for weekend deliveries. For some areas, such as off-shore postcodes or the Highlands, there may be a small surcharge on standard prices to ensure next-day delivery where the standard service would take too long.

Can I include a card with the flowers?

You can, yes. Choose a personalised hand-written card during the ordering process.
